Sorry video is black for first 20 secs. Room was dark. At 21 secs ignitor starts and you can see. At 1:06 secs blower turns on. FYI. Goodman GMP125-5 installed June 1996. Furnace keeps shutting off because flame rollout trips. Have had furnace serviced and recently looked at for this problem. Technician seems stumped as to why rollout switch trips. Now says should have circuit board replaced with updated board from Goodman Mfg. Before I say yes I'm looking for second opinion. I look at the flame and wonder if there should be so much flame showing between the tubes? Seems to make the metal hot around where the rollout switch is located. Technician says doesn't appear that heat exchanger is cracked. Put a CO monitor at the vent closest to the furnace for 24 hrs and it never went off. This is a problem that acts up for a time and then goes away for awhile, then comes back. Wondering if the flame tubes need replaced or adj usted?
