Answer by nick
1) Lean Manufacturing considers any process which does not add value to the final product as wasteful. 2) Factor Substitution is the process of substitution one production material for another (wood for plastic in a birdhouse, maybe). Factor substitution allows firms to get the most bang for their buck during the production process (most value added per dollar). 3) A price taker in a market is an economic agent which has no choice but to charge the price determined in the market. The price taker has no power to change the price without a substantial (or in the case of Perfect Competition, infinite) drop in quantity demanded.

The lean manufacturing of TXM includes the tools that the various production systems are using. The initial point of the implementation of the Lean project is typically the use of maps to see if there are discrepancies between the benefits and the harms that the project can provide. The value stream maps will act as the guidelines in determining these concepts.
As soon as these have been identified, a future site map is eventually developed from the fragmented ideas. The site map will need the aid of various lean manufacturing techniques and tools for it to be plausible and to achieve significant change. Transient results can be easily and successfully brought about during the entire course of the project.
However, TXM would like to do more than that. What would matter more is the lasting change that the lean manufacturing project can bring.
For this to take place, TXM needs to incorporate discipline, leadership, and commitment for each member of the team.Aside from that, the members will undergo expert coaching so they can contribute in making the project better. The lean modern mentors typically have outstanding track records. This is in terms of bringing long lasting results. They are even involved in continuous improvement of the site years after the spot has been concretely established. The improvement may even include the development of the initial plant layout.
TXM is widely experienced in terms of lean Production consultation.
Aside from that, the company is fully experienced in applying the concepts of lean developed techniques such as Smarter Changeovers, Standard Work, Just in Time, 5S, Mistake Proofing, Jidoka, TPM, Root Cause Analysis, Level Production, and Kanban. These concepts are applied to their full range. The type of extent of application will solely depend on the concern that has to be addressed.Aside from this, the TXM is not only exceptionally skilled in lean Production but also in improvement of their tools. This also includes incorporation of the advanced techniques in statistics for the lean Production projects. The potential clients can depend on the knowledge of the TXM staff in this field. Their knowledge includes transition skills when it comes to traditional approaches in supply chain and information systems.
To prove these points, there are available case studies that you may browse online. These case studies discuss some of the significant methods that the TXM performed to help the clients in applying various lean enterprise techniques in their businesses.
